They were incubated in a hovabator running at 82 degrees steadily. I had them running through a rheostat so I could make sure the temps didn't rise and fall too much and there was always electricity running into the heating coil. So I doubt it had anything to do with the temps. I've hatched perfectly normal blizzards without any head pattern before...and that one picture of the black one with the head pattern... the one who died. He hatched first and his eyes were entirely black.. something I would call a true "Midnight Blizzard" save for the patterning. Instead of losing the patterning his got darker.. so does Charon's.. the one pictured in these photos. I have never seen a baby blizzard with a head pattern before. I hatched out 3 in my first year and not one had a spot on them. And I know KelliH didn't make a mistake because I hatched other blizzards from the same male mated to another het blizzard female.. which came out like a blizzard should. Its wierd. I've never seen it either. They look alot like the Mack Patternless snows Geckos etc came up with this year but the genetics aren't there for it. So I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what they are and hoping the rest of my eggs hatch out the same way so I can have at least a pair of them to raise up and see what I get. ----- Lucien
