I sold a female ball a few weeks ago and now she is not eating for her new owners!

He has her in the EXACT same conditions as I did, medium size rubbermaid, under heating, 80 cool side 90 hot side, etc.

She's always taken frozen thawed (wet) rats from me and did not go off feed this winter. He's tried FT wet and dry, and even live. She is not showing any interest!

Any ideas how to have her adjust to her new home and start eating like she was with me?
