I finally made the switch to carpet. I switched 4 cages to carpet for $8.50. Isn't 1 "reptile carpet" at petsmart like $10? Lowes is better as long as you don't mind cutting it yourself. Maybe if I post enough pics one will get in the "week in review!" There are several bonuses to carpet so far. Cleaner, easier to clean, looks nicer (imo) The only down side is that when they do go it smells a LOT stronger! But you can spot clean and rub a little bit of anti-bacterial hand wash on the spot. Good as new! BTW corn snakes and black rats have the same metabolism if anyone was interested. They ate within 15 minutes of each other and all 3 went withing 4 hours of each other. Also threw in a neat picture of Hope whenever she thought it would be funny to escape right in front of me.
