ALL sands and barks are bad for reptiles to live on. they injest the sand and it can compact them leading to DEATH. as for the bark it has small splinters and dusts that can harm the lizzards eyes and mouths. A peice of drift wood would probably be ok for them as long as it doesnt take up the whole cage. But to much stuff they may not like. rember leo's are from the desert and that is mostly flat land.
