I cant believe they would recommend something like that. Thats only 11 wider but 8 shorter than my 55G Leopard Gecko or 55G Enclosure one of my baby boas are in now. I am by no means an expert either but it just seems that is way to small for an adult snake. Last time I asked a similar question the most common answer I got was give it a cage as big as you can afford or have room for. Right now one of my young Columbians is in a 55G enclosure and the other young Columbian is in a 40G enclosure. The plans for there final home call for an enclosure 8 long about 3-4 wide and 3-4 tall. I would say that is the absolute minimum I would feel good about keep such a large snake in. | ||
