In Thailand, many people that do not know better are convinced that Cylindrophis ruffus are venomous, not only the bite, but believe the sharply pointed tail is a stinger. They are amazed that I just carelessly handle these gentle snakes (which they believe to be dangerous). [ Hide Replies ]
