no, there is no way to give them a separate space. it is a 50 gal aqarium but then one would be on the hot side and the other would be on the cold side. they are used to being together and the male is too small to breed. i think she is just going through her cycle. but i am not worried anymore. if she diesnt like her hide then she just got that way cause as i have said before this is the first i have seen her do this. and she has had her hide for a while. but thanks to all those who helped and no thanks to those who gave me nothin but bull and in
