Usually it takes about 3 weeks for eggs to show up. However if the female is not ovulating she will not produce any eggs, until three weeks after she shows folicles.

Also are you sure they are male and female? What was thought to be a male may in fact be another female. Sometimes it happens, just had it happen to a friend of mine. Was going to loan me, what we had both thought was a male, and when he brought him over, I realized it was a female.
