I feed my newborns pinkies for about two or three meals. After that small fuzzies. They are eating weanlings in about 2 months.
I have a juvenile that I held back from last year that is about 2 1/2 feet now and I haven't been pushing it at all.
Also, Colombians (that's Colombian with an 'O' BTW) are much heavier bodied than Brazilians.
