Mine do the same thing. They are provided with several hides all over the enclosures and niether of them are ever observed using the hides. They each have a log tunnle they spend all day in on the hot side just above the heating pads. my recomendation is if you have enough hides for them to choose and they dont use them then dont worry unless of course they are having shed problems or dehydrated.
