Posted by: jasonw at Thu Mar 16 14:02:52 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by jasonw ] You may be surprised if you call your local cat and dog vet, Thats exactly what we did, We were told they dont specialise in herp and dont adveritize for them but the vet is educated in herps and loves them and the proces are amazingly low. My first turtle got what we believe was shell rot, It was corrected and the turtle lived out its life, It took about 15 visits to the vet to corect the problem and only a total of about $50 in vet fees and about $20 in meds.
