jaguar genetics? (please)

i had not been aware of the mutation FrankM had been working with until his recent post. some have asked about the genetics behind the mutation so i figured i would make a post hopefully to get those answers. i am very interested in genetics and would love to know any information on this mutation. Thanks in advance.
