It takes as long as it takes and sometimes, it will not take at all. I have had females that have been bred for months on end and then ovulate and others that were bred for months on end and not do a thing and I have also seen them start breeding and two weeks later, have ovulation. There is just no time table and very few things are written in stone. I do believe that; premature seperation is the number one cause of screw ups though, hands down.
