It looks like the bottle you have is a 10% suspension. That means for ever 1cc of liquid you have 100 mg of panacur. You want to dose a 1000g snake with 25 mg once every 7 days for 3 weeks. So if 1000 g give 1/4 cc, adjust accordingly for size. Panacur isn't particulaly toxic, so don't freak out if you accidentally dose 1/2 cc instead of 1/4 cc. You can also make a more dilute solution to make measuring out easier. If your snake is feeding, I find it is easiest on you and the snake to get a syringe and needle, once the snake has a hold of the prey item and it is dead, inject the prey item with the desired amount of panacur before the snake lets go. The snake will then eat the prey item and panacur together without any added stress to you or the snake.
Good luck. ----- when life hands you lemons, make super lemons, bumblebees, etc...
