It will probably be at least a couple of years before I put him with 1 of my breeder Snow females ... they all have steady boyfriends and a couple of "want-a-be"s waiting in line.
This past year (2005) I did have a litter with what might be considered "3-toned" Albinos and Snows ... clean patterns, but a golden-hue background and Snows with a golden-hue in their saddles. I did not make a big deal out of it and merely stated that they had a "gold tone" to them and sold them just like a normal Albino or Snow. I did keep a couple back for myself, but don't know if I really ever have time to work with these possibilities ... too many other things going on ...
MINI-PROMO: Especially with what I am producing any day now … If you missed it, you do need to check out my "pure Central American ( El Salvador ) Blood boa breeding my #1 female SNOW boa" – “Gallery” page, section titled "Dreams on the Horizon". SHE IS GRAVID … I am expecting "triple recessive color" hets any day now (114 day POS and looking fantastic). When bred back to each other, something like 1 in 90 will be Homozygous for all 3 colors (albino, anerythristic, blood). Plus, you can get a couple other completely new designer morphs. Now is definitely a good time to be buying some SNOW boas.
