I have only ever recieved one shipment from DHL and the guy knocked on the door, set the box down (Sig. Required), and headed for the truck. When I came to the door I shouted to him don't I need to sign for this? He said don't worry about it, and went on his way....Now I know this doesn't reflect the company as a whole, but once is enough to discourage me from using them to ship my animals.
