and one that we must have in order to have a chance at reproducing, " especially B.C.C. " These two, are a perfect example of how you could really screw up if you prematurely seperate B.C.C. It is hard at times to know exactly what may or may not be going on, but in the words of my old buddy Terry years ago; " if they are not together, they cannot reproduce! " it rings true. These Pucallpas bred very strong from the middle of December to the middle of January and then nothing at all until the middle of February, were they bred for one freaking day and from then until now, they just yesterday started back again and it is more aggressive than ever! Most " including me at one time " would have beeen tempted to seperate, but you just cannot do it. The only way that I will seperate, is after the fifth Month of breeding if no ovulation and no activity is happening. The forth to fifth month of breeding, seem to be the magic number for even the most stubborn breedings. However, if they have not ovulated by the fifth month, chances are that it just is not going to happen......Johnson Herp
