yeah, im pretty lucky when it comes to finding escaped snakes. about 2 years ago, i had a 6' redtail escape and i realized it 30 minutes before i had to leave for work. i went into berserker mode tearing apart the house, checking the washer,dryer, behind the couch. behind the fridge, everywhere. i even went and ripped open the shower curtain hoping she'd be sitting in the bathtub. all to no avail. then after a couple minutes i decided to check the tub again. so i raced back and yanked the shower curtain back and saw a 6 foot boa coiled around the shower nozzle staring me dead in the face (figure of speech..she wasnt dead). why she didnt take part of my face off the first time i checked the tub i dont know but i was very lucky indeed to have found her in less than 20 minutes.
