Our outdoor sulcata loves to have me use the garden hose to pour water on her while she soaks in her large water dish.

I've seen other people's sulcatas that also live outdoors & noticed how dull/dirty their shells look compared to my tortoise's. Then it dawned on me, it's the plain water that makes the difference. I think if you do use plain water on a regular basis, that really is all you need.
