safe then sorry and I know how it is when something like that happens and you need a little piece of mind. Another good thing to remember if this happens again or when you get new snakes shipped to you and they're on the colder side is to heat them up gradually,adding a little more heat at a time opposed to taking them out of a colder box and putting them right into the heat. This will be better for the snake in the long run and will/might reduce the stress of the animal.
