What type of Corn do I have?

Hello everyone, just picked up my first snake, a Corn Snake from the Pet Store which I work at. He is pretty bright orange and looks very similar to the Corn Snake on the front page of the Corn Snake Forums...



He's bright orange and if you see the picture on the opening page of the forums he is pretty much a replica of that...



Is he a normal Okeetee or a Hypomelanistic? Any beginners tips/etc would be largely appreciated... Also, is there a easy way to sex these guys?



Tank setup is 20g Long with 150 watt incandescent light and heating pad under tank on one side and water bowl on the other... Hiding spots on both hot and cold sides of tank...
