That's not true at all. I personally take great lengths to sell my offspring only to people who genuinely love the animals or to serious, dedicated breeders that truly value the animals not just as an investment. I do not accomodate impulse buyers that want a cool snake to impress their friends or any less than knowledgable or responsible people. I get to know each and every customer personally over time and I take lengths to keep in touch and maintain a good friendship if possible. With me it is not about making a buck. It is about supplying healthy, tame, quality snakes to good, honest herpers that are dedicated to the hobby. It is also about getting to know good people in the hobby/business and maintaining those relationships. Long after the sale is completed I am available night and day via phone or email to talk for hours on end if need be whether the customer needs me for information or just to shoot the breeze. No... there are certainly different ways of conducting business and running one's show. No... I don't expect every breeder to conduct their business exactly like I do, but there are more conscientious ways of conducting ones business and less conscientious ways. All I urge is that one choose the latter for the sake of the hobby and for the sake of the animals. To do the most we can do. Because each any every little life we bring into the world is equally important, regardless of its market value. Our Website
