Thanks. But maybe I got a little too worked up there. I am not usually outspoken about any particular subject pertaining to the hobby or business but when a person sees these reptiles as only a commodity it tends to get my dander up a bit. If one sees them only as a sellable commodity then there is no respect for the animals. If there is no respect for the animals then they surely will be the factor in the mix that suffers. By this I am not implying that I think you see them this way. Perhaps I misread you initially.

To answer your original question... It is really quite easy to find buyers for your babies if you offer incentives and services that other breeders/dealers don't. Not trying to fit in a plug for our business here but what we do makes for a good example: We offer a 4 month unconditional guarantee on every animal we produce. Thise is many months beyond what most breeders offer in terms of a guarantee. Most sellers offer live arrival at best. Whether buyers are forking out 200 or 20,000 they like this solid guarantee security in their purchase. We also offer the industry's only 100% buy back, lifetime trade in policy. This offers our customers the opportunity to buy a large species with the confidence that if it gets to be too much for them that they have a place it can immediately go to and their investment capital is still intact. We also offer 24/7 customer support on care and breeding to all out customers. There are many other things exclusive to us but this should give you just a small idea of what one can do that can set themselves apart from the many run of the mill boid breeders and brokers that simply make their sales and move on.

Hope this helps you in some way to better market your future offspring. Best of luck to you in your breeding and marketing.
