problem with breeder

I am having trouble getting my okeetees to breed.I see no interest on the male's part,so I placed another female with him,they locked up almost instantly.It appears to be the female okeetee that is not ready.They have both shed since being out of brumation,but they are both in the "blue" as of now.Has anyone seen this before?I'm thinking that maybe after this second shed she may be ready. jeff
