Feeding silk worms, waxworms question

I was just wondering about feeding my Leopards. If I feed them mainly mealworms, waxworms and silk worms is that ok?? Do I need to feed crickets?? I got them from a breeder who fed mealies only. The guy at the petstore said they should eat mostly crickets, then mealies, and silk worms, and wax worms only as a treat. Is that right?? Or are silkworms better than the others?? Thanks!!!
