If you are able to get your gex to eat them, I think that is great. I used to have some numbers about the nutritional value but that was a couple of light years ago. Silkworms ranked higher than gut loaded crickets. Wax worms are really high in fat and that is why they shouldn't be considered as an every day food item. If you are trying to fatten up a girl to breed her, they are fine in that case. | ||
