If she is in the rafters and it is too small to get into then I can only assume that it is in the short jack rafters near the edge or corner of your roof. If that is the case then she isn't cornered. Can you look inside with a flashlight? If she has no way out then she should be within reach and you should be able to get her out. I built houses for over 20 years so if you want to call me and explain better maybe I can help. There may be a solution other than destroying anything or harming her. My name is Ty (919)550-6480.
