With so many people producing boas and such a small amount of people that actually like snakes enough to buy them, Where will all of these snakes end up? I know that most of us keep multiple snakes but with more and more people getting into breeding and with all of the snakes that are already being produced it seems like we will eventually flood the market and not just that but there seems like there would end up being so many snakes produced that they would not be properly taken care of. Dogs and cats are a good example. The humane societies and animal shelters stay full of dogs and cats and put hundreds of thousands or probably millions of them to sleep every year. Just like with dogs and cats irresponsible owners will release there animals in the wild and produce more problems for responsible pet owners. If people start finding exotic snakes in the woods or under there houses dead or alive this will create a big problem for all of us eventually. This may be far from happening or it may be happening now, I don't know but it is just something that I would like to here some opinions on. | ||
