i have been reading your other post, but did not reply because my way to go about this is very similar to john l who already posted in detail.
in my eyes this is a good step in the right direction. i would continue at this step for a good while, and then just try workign without the glove (unless you want it for other reasons that others have posted about).
i had a big feeling that pinning her head down and restraining her had been the cause of her attitude (or atleast contributed). if i were to try to explain things, i would think she has accepted your dominence from when you used to restrain her. but at this point things seem good so keep working and she will come around sooner or later.
