It may be necessary to euthanize them, or see if a vet can surgicaly separate them. I don't know if they would thrive well attached just above the vent (assuming you mean belly to belly, or is it more hip to hip?) The picture didn't work so unable to view that way.

It is possible they could survive into adulthood though I haven't heard of any such birth defects doing so.
