I have two mexican boas and they only 2-2,5" and almost a year. Unfortunately I don't know the exact locality and I want to create the absolute best habitat for them (humidity, temp etc). Currently I have 50-70% humidity, 78 on the cool side and 89 on the warm side with a few degrees warmer on a small spot.
Since Mexicans are most northen boas they must have a cooler climate and shorter summers. That's probably why they're smaller than most localities?
Is my reasoning right so far? Anyone have insight in how the climate is in Mexico and what habitat I should have for my Mexicans? I don't need general tips... I only have three snakes and I want the absolute best habitat for them...
