Tim, I does sound like she had taken a large drink of water, But still keep an eye on her for a while. If it is all poss. Take out the water bowl and put it in there for only a little while every other day until this is cleared up that way you can monitor her intake of water and it would be easier to rule that out. If it is an URI keep a close eye on her for gaping of the mouth, weezing, And dried mucus around the nose, If you see any signs of this then I would get her back to the vet. Good Luck. Erick
