ive always wanted to breed large snakes myself, and my gf of several years hates them from childhood traumatic memories, however i softened her up towards reptiles when i started keeping/breeding panther chams which she now loves, and then started showing her that snakes arent all bad, now ive got ball python plans in the works with full support from the ball and chain. i guess my point is it helps to get the other person involved in it so they can see your point of view, and very often they find themselves intrigued with your hobby. (people fear/dislike what they dont know)
