My best suggestion would be to treat them as if nothing has happened yet. Pull the male occasionally to offer both food and keep an eye the female for any swells. The swell I have heard can show up and then disappear within a few hours, so its fairly easy to miss while you sleep or work. I was lucky enough my hypo this season swelled up and pretty much remained swollen until about a week before she dropped.
