I came across these this week and wanted to pass them on.

Oxalates prevent calcium from being absorbed. The problem is Many foods like spinach contain other nutrients that are good for your BD but are high in oxalates. I pick one day a week for foods high in oxalates and that way they get the benefits of the other vitamins. So check it out
