Pinckney Wood, an animal activist, asked Triche to file HB183. It was accepted by the House Resource Committee, a rubber stamp procedure for enforcement. We are calling our Legislators asking them to OPPOSE the bill. Any body that wants to help can call the House switchboard at 225-342-6945 and tell them that you are opposed to HB783. Tell them that a law needs to be made that outlaws snakes being shot by rifle & scope. Triche had made the comment that he had never been harmed by a snake because he kept them in the scope of his rifle. ~Bill~ [ Hide Replies ]
