I would stick with more conventional, conditioned lamps such as Reptisun 10.0 (flourescent or incandescent coil) or Mercury Vapor UVB Bulbs such as ZooMed Powersun. As for basking, the Mercury Vapor Bulbs can be both a basking and a UVB source, whereas the flourescent lamps/incandescent coils will need an additional basking lamp (which can just be a normal household 100-150 watt bulb, depending on what wattage is needed for your enclosure).
