lazy veiled

My Veiled is a really light green color, and very listless. I have been feeding him water with a mixture of calcium and vitamin A out of an eye dropper. I found him lying on the bottom of his enclosure last night. He is never down there, also he allowed me to pick him up and he is usually veyr onry. He seems to be a little more alert now. Any suggestions would be helpful.
