I never cool my boas,just take them off feed and change the light cycles they do the rest.The last 2 years I had 3 slugs out of 4 litters,this year my het female had 3 slugs and 30 healthy and my albino female had 34 triple hets all healthy no slugs.Just my 2 cents.
