I cannot give you a certain temp. The reason is, there is not one temp that will kill them. I could say, 130F, but surely you can have one die at much less then that. I could say, 110F, but again, I am positive they can die at lower temps. I could say 95F, I am sure, 95F can kill them too.
In your case, it would not take much heat to kill that animal. Food and feces in the animal, highly stress(in a bag in the back of a truck. That poor monitor was toast even before it left. So the temp that killed that individual would not kill others. Get it?
When an individual struggles, it is a whole new ballpark, compared to voluntarily acquired heat. So the answer is, it depends on many many things.
If your going to force an individual to high or low temps. Make sure they are hydrated and without food in their stomachs. Also make sure they are calm. How about do not force them into high temps. Cheers
