Well, it's not LELE but...click on your software for virus or firewall. Mine is Mcafee and has everything on one window. Click on firewall, then internet conections (or something simiular). This should bring up a whole list of items and let u know whether it is blocked or not.



Hopefully this will help.



If you can't find anything that lists KS, then disable your fire wall (not that big of a deal) then access the chat. Once done, re-enable and run virus scan to catch any pop ups or adware.
