just a thought....

at least for me anyway i have noticed this too. sometimes i'll feed them a lot of food for like a week....and go back to normal feeding.....maybe they are just growing. When there is a lot of food, they feast. Don't get me wrong, i never deny them food. But if you get a box of crix in the mail, don't you mass feed them so the crickets don't die off. And then when you are waiting for the crickets in the mail and you go to the local pet shop you feed them less?

or maybe it has something to do with change of seasons or humidity.
