shoudn't they be bigger?

I have a 8 month old female and 14 month old male who have stayed at a size of about 9in both (including tale) for about 4 months now. Im wondering how or if there is a way to make them grow just a little bit more.



They are each in big cages so they have plenty of room to grow.
