Both snow and sunglow are a combination of two seperate genetic mutations. Sunglow is Hypo and Albino, Snow is Albino and Anerythristic.

Double het refers to a animal which has one each of the two gene pairs indicated. ie a double het snow has one Albino gene and one Anerythristic gene.

Now to make it more confusing:

Albino and Anerythristic are recessive mutations or requires two genes for the trait to show.

Hypo is a dominant mutation so only requires one gene for the trait to show.
