I'll try to be a little more in detail than the other reply. Genes work in a funny way. There are a few types:
Recessive genes
Co-dominant genes
Dominant genes

Recessive genes would be something such as:
Albino
Anerythristic
Stripe
Blood
and more I can't think of at the moment

Co-Dominant genes would be:
Arabasque
Hypomelanistic
Motley
**There is argument aboutPastel, being an actual genetic trait

Completely Dominant morphs are a little more involved. It requires a Co-dom gene being bred to the same co-dom gene, in example... Hypo to Hypo, which would produce "SUPER" Hypos. However, not all babies would be supers, you'd be lucky to get 1 or 2. And although you can take an educated guess as to which ones are "SUPER" and which ones aren't, it has to be proven out through breeding.

Now that the explanation is out of the way, you asked what would it take to produce Albinos. Albino being recessive, both parents have to carry the gene. These combinations would produce albinos

het x het
het x albino
albino x albino (some people recommend not to do this, saying that Albino is a "weak" gene)

Now, producing snow is very alike, but a little more advanced. That Requires 2 recessive genes, Albino and Anerythristic.
Again, like albinos, both parents have to carry BOTH genes. If you bred an albino to an anery, you would get all normal appearing babies, that would all in fact carry both recessive genes, making them 100% Double-het for albino/anery (snow)

You would take 2 of those 100% Double-hets, breed them to eachother, and get snows, aneruys 66% het snow, albinos 66% het snow, and normals 66% double-het

Now, if you know how to work punnet squares, you could get a good guess at what % of the litter will be albinos/hets. It does not always work, but in biology, it's the closest thing to a good guess that you will ever get. Just depends on luck.

I hope this all makes sense to you, feel free to ask any other Q's you may have. That's why we are all here.
