Northern Ringneck Snake Question

My Northern Ringneck came out of hibernation voluntary in early March. I let the snake hibernate in the garage, so the temperature is close to outdoor temperature. The ringneck snake still staying in the gararge at this moment. I couldn't find any salamander until last Saturday because the temperature was still low. I placed two salamandes in with the ringneck snake almost 7 days ago but the snake haven't touch them yet.I thought the snake must be very hungry by now after hibernate the whole Winter, my question is when the ringneck snake will start to feed after it came out of hibernation and is it normal that the ringneck snake not feeding when it's favorite food " salamender " is available ? Any feed back is highly appreciated, thank in advance.
