that you find a copperhead sitting in the water. Did you find it there or did it get spooked and slither into the water? Nice pics, Jimmy!

And good point...you don't have to be a newbie or a novice to appreciate common, local, backyard stuff.

On any day of the week back in Houston, I could go out and find 5 southern copperheads...but their beauty has never failed to amaze me.

IMO, practically any snake is a work of art.
