Maybe he just passed from old age. I am sorry if my comments sound rude but I am a stickler for my what I would refer to as perfect herps. Not a scratch, not a bent scale. I have several of them out every single day handling them and visually inspecting them. The only blemishes I see are on my female Eublepharis Macularis from nips from my male while breeding.
