Hey Brian, congrats on your new addition. I don't have a lot of experience with the melinus myself (only have a baby), just wanted to chime in. I personally love my little yellow monitor, he can be a lively one at times! There are some very experienced people here, and hopefully they'll give you some good advice. Watch out though, no sugar-coating goes on in here! (That can be a GOOD thing, though)



Also, I wouldn't type your posts in all caps... it "sounds" like you are yelling.
