Since when?
Last I saw (according to the CNAH) it was going to be changed to:
Pantherophis guttatus -- Cornsnake
Pantherophis emoryi -- Great Plains Ratsnake
and
Pantherophis slowinskii -- Slowinski's corn (Kisatchee)
But...even if you disagree with and do not yet use the "Pantherophis" genus name, "emoryi" has not been considered a subspecies of "guttata" for some 4-7 years (depending upon which source you cite).
If you see something different than that, I would really like to see it. Perrsonally, I think that they are all subspecies of the same species, but they didn't ask me...believe it or not!
